We're OBSESSED!!! Have you ever made yourself feel crazy guilty over not doing “enough? I have! 🙋🏻♀️ I don’t know if it’s just being an enneagram 3 that makes me feel like I’m constantly having to do more or be more but I definitely can find myself completely exhausted, drained, and overwhelmed if I don’t watch it. ☝🏼Truth is guilt isn’t going to help you into more productivity. From my experience It’s just going to do the opposite. For me releasing the guilt associated with the need to constantly work or out perform my goals is a work in progress that I haven’t mastered 100% just yet. What I can say is that “I’m doing my best” and thats more than enough.
