We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods (like sales or holidays), processing may take a bit longer—but we promise we’re working hard to get your goodies packed and sent!

We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS (depending on your location and item weight). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Local Pickup: Free! Just choose this option at checkout and swing by when your order is ready (we’ll email you when it is!).

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Pretty Little Things Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier. If something goes wrong, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Need help? We’re always here to support however we can!
