Boutique Crush is growing — and we’re on the hunt for a motivated, people-loving, all-things-girly Store Manager to join our Crush fam! 🩷

We’re looking for someone who loves small business life, takes ownership of their day, and thrives in a fun, creative environment!

✨ What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily store operations & vendor management
Handle cash, inventory & sales with accuracy
Assist customers with a smile (and maybe a little sass 😉)
Create & post social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
Help coordinate in-store and out-of-store events
Keep our space organized, welcoming, and on-brand 💋

Strong communication & computer skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and upbeat personality
Sales-driven & customer-focused
Creative eye for displays and content
Comfortable leading a team & taking initiative
